Method: colorimetric with test strips and reagent 10 – 30 – 60 – 100 – 200 – 400 mg/l NH₄⁺ MQuant™ 100 strips.

The test is suitable for determination potentially harmful pollution in surface and ground water, which are caused by ammonium compounds. In agriculture the test can be used to measure the ammonium nitrogen content of various types of manure and compost.
